环球时报：“这种事情非常普遍。有许多像我这样的女孩。”。

在伊拉克，有一种叫做“临时婚姻”的宗教习俗，有效期有1小时到99年不等。虽然这种行为是违法的，但有些神职人员就利用这种习俗牟利，对年轻女性进行性剥削，其中不乏未成年少女。

BBC最近的一篇报道揭露了这种现象。通过一些神职人员牵线搭桥，许多人以“临时婚姻”的名目进行性交易。

有些女性甚至是在不知情的情况下走入这种交易的。

住在巴格达的女孩Rusul就是一个例子。生活艰辛的她非常渴望组建一个家庭。和一个男人相识几周后，对方向他求婚了。他带她去了巴格达的卡德米亚一家宗教婚姻登记处，走进去的时候，Rusul还觉得很激动。

The ceremony itself was brief - the cleric recited a few words, asked her whether she agreed with the $250 [200] dowry she would receive and presented her with the contract. Rusul couldn’t read, but even if she could she might not have realised anything was a miss.

仪式很简单：神职人员背诵了几句话，然后问她对于250美元的彩礼是否满意，接着把合同交给了她。Rusul看不懂，但即使她认字，也可能没有意识到有什么不对劲的地方。

新婚的Rusul本来期望这桩婚姻能够长长久久，但是没想到，几周之后她的丈夫就消失了。

Little did Rusul know that their marriage had an end-date before it had even begun. It was a special type of Islamic marriage - a “zawaj al-mutaa” or “pleasure marriage” - and that it was a way of allowing religiously approved sex. Hers had now expired.

A mutaa marriage is subject to a contract that specifies its length and the amount of compensation given to the temporary wife. But the contract can just be verbal, and a cleric - though often present - is not necessary to validate it.

“临时婚姻”通过合同进行，合同中规定了婚姻的时长和给予“临时妻子”的补贴金额。但是，合同可以只是口头上的，神职人员（虽然经常会在场），并不需要进行见证。

It can last from an hour to 99 years. The man is not obliged to provide daily maintenance and has the right to end the contract at any time.

这种“临时婚姻”短则持续一个小时，长则99年。男方没有义务对婚姻关系进行日常维护，并有权随时终止合同。

据悉，当地的刑法规定，与15至18岁的女孩或女性发生婚外性关系，最高可判处7年徒刑，如果年龄在15岁以下，最高可判处10年徒刑。

但是现实却很残酷。伊拉克一些神职人员和普通男人就利用这种宗教习俗胁迫女性卖淫。像Rusul这样的例子，实际上就是在虐待儿童。

“The cleric became a middle man, giving me work, and I had no choice but to follow that road,” she says.

她说：“神职人员是中间人，给我提供工作，我别无选择，只能走这条路。”

Rusul不愿意透露自己收入多少，但她确认神职人员从“客户”那里收取费用，然后给她一定金额的“彩礼”。她的合同期限从几个小时到几个星期不等，已经结过多少次婚自己都数不清了。神职人员还会给她提供避孕药，确保她不会怀孕。

“This is something that is very widespread. There are many girls like me.”

据悉，卡德米亚（Kadhimiyah，什叶派最重要的朝圣地之一）有许多所谓的“婚姻登记处”，在这里可以举行“临时婚姻”的婚礼。

卧底记者接触到这里的一些神职人员，询问对方是否愿意帮忙撮合“临时婚姻”。

Out of 10 clerics that were approached, eight agreed to arrange a pleasure marriage for our reporter. “You can marry a girl for half an hour and as soon as it’s over, you can marry another,” one of the clerics, Sayyed Raad, told our reporter on camera, “even after half an hour, you can marry another,” he repeats.

10个神职人员中，有8个愿意为我们的记者安排一场“临时婚姻”。一个叫Sayyed Raad的神职人员在摄像机前重复对记者说：“你可以娶一个女孩给你当半小时老婆，结束后，你就可以再娶另一个。”

更过分的是，不少未成年少女成为了这种“临时婚姻”或者“享乐婚姻”的受害者。在伊拉克，女性婚前失去童贞的会被认为是给家族蒙羞，走上这条道路的女性通常会被赶出家门，有些还会被谋杀。

Now 17, she is under pressure from her family to marry; but is terrified her future husband will find out she’s no longer a virgin. Her uncle, she tells me, killed her cousin merely for having a boyfriend. Now she keeps thinking about suicide. “I have no way out. If I feel more pressure, I will do it.”

Mona今年17岁，家里人在催着她结婚。但是很怕未来的丈夫会发现她不是处女。她告诉我，她的叔叔仅仅因为她表妹谈了个男朋友就把她杀了。她一直想自杀。“我没有出路。如果我受不了了，我就去死。”

这种宗教习俗甚至成了虐童的保护伞。

记者还去了伊拉克中部城市卡尔巴拉，什叶派的圣地。一位族长明确地告诉她，这种“临时婚姻”是违法的。

But around the corner from the office, we found another cleric who was willing to officiate a pleasure marriage to a child, including giving explicit instructions on how to sexually abuse children without getting caught.

但是在办公室的拐角处，我们找到了另一位神职人员，他愿意牵线，而且对象是儿童，他还明确地指示如何对儿童进行性虐待而不会被抓住。

Ali, a professional man in his 40s, is one of those who uses clerics to source him women and girls for mutaa marriages. “It doesn't count as a sin. It is available and it is cheap and it's fine to do it,” he says.

Ali是一名40多岁的职业男性，他会找神职人员为他物色对象。“这不算是罪过。有买有卖，而且很便宜，这也没什麽。”他说。

“Lots of clerics do [facilitate] it, but I only use two because they provide me with all the girls I need,” he says.

“The moment a girl starts doing this, her life is ruined.”
